At Wren Park, we offer a variety of positions of responsibility to help children develop essential skills and qualities. These include School Council members, Prefects, Wren Park Rangers, School Librarians, Young Sports Leaders and News Reporters. Each role plays an important part in our school community, fostering teamwork, leadership, communication, and a sense of responsibility. Depending on the role, these opportunities are available to all children. For some roles, children may need to apply through an application form, participate in a democratic vote (such as for School Council positions), or be selected by their teachers. School Council

At the start of December 2024, our School Council were busy planting bulbs ready for the spring in our nature garden. They all worked incredibly hard for an hour and a half working alongside Miss Rhoades and Mrs Hagan (School Governor). Mrs Hagan commented that the school council were full of enthusiasm and that the children enjoyed helping to make the nature garden look bright and colourful with new plants in the spring.
